“Impeccable service originates with the proper education on Safety, Efficiency and Construction at the Point of Sale. It continues by offering competent and consistent Parts, Labor and Warranty Coverage. Our job is to protect your investment.”
Ray Klubnik – Founder Hot Tub Liquidators
Hot Tub Liquidators is a family-run business, and we communicate with our customers on a very personal level. We thoroughly educate our customers on safety, efficiency, and the construction standards in today’s spa industry. We also offer industry leading lighting and sound systems designed to enhance your hot tub experience and stimulate all the senses.
In most families, as in our business, each member of our team is dependent upon the next. Each member has a responsibility that serves to create a culture of communication, response, and accountability for the others. When achieved, the group as a whole succeeds.
Our A+ Better Business Bureau rating and 5-star Yelp ratings are true indicators of our impeccable service history and family principles. Hot Tub Liquidators recently celebrated our 22nd anniversary here in the Henderson/Las Vegas area! We are very proud of our service record. Your hot tub is a long-term investment, and the quality of your ownership experience can depend on the company you choose to partner with. Choose your partners wisely!
Once you purchase your hot tub from us, you become a part of our family! Your service and warranty requests are our number one priority. You will be treated with patience, care, and concern throughout your service experience. Our job is to protect your investment. Josh Wendt, our Service & Sales Coordinator, is here to personally assist you throughout your entire ownership experience.
We focus our attention on our customers’ needs first. Our promise is to respond promptly and reasonably to every service request. It’s not whether your spa develops a leak; it’s how quickly and efficiently we provide the service needed to repair it.
Ray Klubnik founded Hot Tub Liquidators on the belief that customers deserve personal service, honest communication, and a company that stands behind its promises. His commitment to quality, integrity, and customer care continues to guide us today. After more than 38 years in the spa industry, the principles he built this company on remain at the heart of everything we do.
Welcome to the Family!
